Abonmarche Growing Again in Indiana

For the second time in less than three months, Abonmarche Consultants of Benton Harbor is growing again through acquisition. After acquiring Krull Surveying of Hobart, Indiana in mid-August, Abonmarche has announced a new joint venture with Brads-Ko Engineering & Surveying, Inc. of Goshen, Indiana.

Brads-Ko was established in 1968, and they have joined forces now with Abonmarche to solidify and expand their service to Elkhart County and the neighboring region.

Barry Pharis is General Manager at Brads-Ko. He tells us, “Abonmarche shares the values of Brads-Ko Surveying & Engineering; excellent client service and a focus on the client’s total project.” He adds, “This change will allow us to offer more services to our clients and at a greater capacity.”

The combined operations will offer clients additional design services as well as added capacity in land surveying, engineering, architecture, and landscape architecture, all qualities and services Abonmarche has become known for throughout the region.

John Linn is Chairman of the Board for Abonmarche Consultants which is headquartered on Main Street in downtown Benton Harbor. He says as a result of the new acquisition, “We will be able to offer our new and existing clients an exceptional level of service and expertise drawing from our combined 85 years of design experience.”

In addition to their new Goshen office, Abonmarche has offices in South Bend, Valparaiso, Hobart and Lafayette in Indiana, and Benton Harbor, Manistee, Battle Creek and South Haven in Michigan.

In mid-August Abonmarche acquired Krull Surveying of Hobart, Indiana, a company with more than 100 years of experience as a family business. Abonmarche’s continued growth expands their circle of influence throughout the Midwest.
