Five Star President & Owner Walter Wolshlager tells me that the firm has simply outgrown its space along Niles Road at Jasper Dairy Road, and they have purchased a building in Stevensville to accommodate that exponential growth.
Wolshlager and his son, Brian, will settle into new quarters at 1744 Joni Lane, a short jaunt from Lakeshore High School, in the former home of Par Construction Company. Their old home of 19 years at 6107 Niles Road is bursting at the seams thanks to the burgeoning growth of the company which handles heating, ventilation and air conditioning work for residential, commercial and light industrial applications.
Five Star Heating & Air Conditioning is a Carrier equipment dealer that installs, services and maintains systems for many well known businesses and families across the region. Their growth has forced them to seek larger facilities in order to keep growing as a company.
Walter has served in the HVAC industry for more than 30 years and his son, Brian, has been with the company for more than a dozen.
