A dozen years ago Jeroen Wielens moved to St. Joseph in a global reassignment from Whirlpool Europe. That was in 2004, and now he has become Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of a newly formed team called iXerv Americas. It's a new unit of iXerv Global, a certified partner and provider of business process and strategic solutions for SAP SuccessFactors which is headquartered in Belgium.
The new entity was created as part of ongoing growth initiatives at iXerv Global and will be headquartered in San Antonio, Texas helping extend iXerv's worldwide reach by providing a full suite of services, technology, tools and support for customers of SAP SuccessFactors across North America and surrounding regions.
In addition to Wielens new role, iXerv Global has appointed Luke Marson as Co-Founder and Chief Executive of the newly formed iXerv Americas entity. Additionally, they will join the Executive Management Team of iXerv Global and take responsibility for growing the global business. Together, Mr. Marson and Mr. Wielens bring more than 30 years of HCM and Payroll consulting, strategy and implementation experience to iXerv Americas.
Luke Marson joins iXerv Americas from Hula Partners where he served as Chief Cloud HCM Architect and had responsibility for growing the SAP SuccessFactors service line. Mr. Marson is an experienced solution architect and widely-recognized expert in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ERP HCM. His expertise includes end-to-end HR and HR technology strategy, advisory, assessments, roadmaps, transformation, optimization, and implementation services for large, global enterprise customers. In addition, Mr. Marson is an alumnus of the SAP Mentor initiative of industry experts, analysts, and bloggers.
Jeroen Wielens joins iXerv Americas from Longbridge Consulting where he was most recently Global Program Manager, SAP SuccessFactors. Mr. Wielens has over 18 years of experience in SAP ERP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, talent management and global payroll ranging from multi-national implementations to running global support across Asia, Europe, Oceania, North America and South America.
