The special bond that has linked a couple of Watervliet High School graduates since they left school nearly 20 years ago is now stronger than ever as they approach the grand opening of their new joint business venture in the hometown they still know and love a couple of decades later.
Jeff Little and Kris Richardson have shared their common bond since the days when they were actively involved in all sorts of school activities from the band and choir to musical, plays and more. It wasn't until recent years, however, that they rekindled their friendship and renewed the bond, sharing a home in Riverside and launching their new business this summer.
Jeff & Kris founded JnK Gift Shop as an online venture in mid-July, and are now just days away from opening the doors onto their new brick and mortar presence at 8273 Arnt Boulevard in Watervliet, at the top of the Lindy's Landing Strip mall near Subway across from Surfari Joe's Indoor Wilderness Water Park and the Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel.
October 5th has been targeted as opening day for JnK Gifts, offering a selection of unique custom printed t-shirts, hoodies, gifts, souvenirs and more. The grand opening will take place three days later on the weekend following. They will feature apparel and gift items related to Michigan's Great Southwest, as well as products related to Michigan and the American Flag.
Most importantly, JnK Gift Shop takes great pride in sourcing as much as possible from suppliers and vendors providing Made in the USA and/or Assembled in the USA products.
