The Fact Is, Not Everyone is Mumbling

Apple's decision to ditch the iPhone ear-bud jack might actually help you to improve your hearing. You know that sooner or later you'll accidentally set aside or misplace one of those expensive Air-Buds designed to operate wirelessly with the new iPhone and when that happens, maybe those who are inadvertently destroying their hearing will stem the tide, allowing them to realize that not everybody is actually mumbling when they talk.

Dr. Gyl Kasewurm's Professional Hearing Services is offering the entire community of Michigan's Great Southwest access to a free education seminar series over the next two weeks to help maximize your hearing abilities. If the word "what" is the most commonly used word in your entire vocabulary, you might want to sign up for the free seminar series running after work next Monday, September 19th and the following week on September 26th. The seminar series is absolutely free of charge and each will run an hour starting at 5:15pm and running until 6:15pm at the offices of Dr. Kasewurm's Professional Hearing Services.

Dr. Gyl wants to show you how to communicate with your spouse. You and a companion are invited to join in this two-part series focusing on how to address hearing loss, how to make the best use of hearing aids, how to manage conversations and, essentially how to take charge of your communications.

By better understanding hearing loss, those in attendance will gain new insights into why you think people are mumbling, why you 'hear' but cannot 'understand,' why you have difficulty with female voices and other questions you have been asking yourself for so long.

The series is a gift to the community from world renowned, highly successful, Audiologist Dr. Gyl Kasewurm and her team. Space is limited, so they are asking you to reserve your space in advance by calling 982-3444 or by emailing to infodesk@prohear.net. Bringing a spouse or companion is highly recommended.

Dr. Kasewurm's offices are located at 511 Renaissance Drive in the Edgewater neighborhood of St. Joseph.
