LPSB Mortgage Makes it Official

If it rains customers indoors the way Mother Nature was taking care of business outdoors, the new LPSB Mortgage team in St. Joseph is going to be mighty busy.  The soggy weather did little to dampen the spirits of the folks from LPSB during a colorful ribbon cutting ceremony making things official in their new Southtown headquarters offices.

LPSB is a division of LaPorte Savings Bank which is headquartered in LaPorte, Indiana.  The bank was founded in 1871 and sports a long history of service to the people and communities of Northwest Indiana.  Michele Thompson told a standing room only crowd today, "Southwest Michigan fit perfectly into our natural progression of growth due to its close proximity to our base of operations.  Southwest Michigan has a strong base of employment with strong communities and an ample supply of homes."

Local dignitaries, members of the Cornerstone Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Chamber Ambassadors, and fellow business leaders joined the ceremonies facilitated by the Chamber.  The new office, located at 2918 Division Street in St. Joe, will serve clients in Berrien, Cass and Van Buren Counties for mortgage loans of all types including conventional, jumbo, government loans such as FHA, VA and Rural Development loans, construction loans, and loans for vacant property and rehabilitation projects.

LPSB's Gary Booth says that the team's mortgage interest rates are among the most competitive in the market area, and they offer pre-approvals and will cover every aspect of the process through closing at the St. Joe office.

You'll find the team "in the house" Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm or evenings and weekends by appointment.  Additional information can be gathered online at www.lpsbmortgage.com.
