A Successful First Year

Virtually every passing conversation among friends who haven't been together for awhile begins with the question, "What's new?"  For Isla Kisker and her staff it's the question posed directly on the front door.  You see Isla, who hails from Berrien Springs, owns and operates "What's New, I?" in the Village of Stevensville.

What's New, I? is a Re-Sale Shop marking its 1st Anniversary in business at the front of the Village Square along John Beers Road in Stevensville.  According to one of her friends and fellow vendors, Cathy Froggatt, it has been a "phenomenal first year!"  To commemorate that incredible success story, What's New, I? will conduct a celebratory Open House on Sunday, December 8th from noon until 6pm.

Isla and her crew will be serving up holiday cheer with refreshments and door prize gift certificates to Martin's Supermarkets and Roger's Foodland.

Cathy tells me that what makes the resale shop so successful is the forty (40) vendors there who sell everything from antiques to American Girl accessories...from tools to furniture...and from household items to collectibles.  Customers are continually drawn back to the inviting atmosphere for a cup of coffee and to see the new things for sale arriving daily.

Right now the store is filled with Christmas gift items and decorations, and beginning with the Open House will be open seven days a week throughout the month of December.  The store hours are Monday through Saturday from 10am until 6pm and Sundays from noon until 5pm. You can reach the store by phone at 269-281-0186, and you will find the shop at 2640 W. John Beers Road between Pizza Hut and Family Dollar.

Congratulations to everyone at What's New, I? and Happy Anniversary!
