Executive board of the Senior PGA gather with the City Commision at the Howard Ice Arena in Saint Joseph Michigan.

SPGA at Center Ice

Just hours before the official ice skating season is set to begin, St. Joseph City Officials and the Senior PGA Championship presented by KitchenAid Executive Committee took to center ice this afternoon to be among the first to see the 2014 SPGA logo embedded in ice at the John & Dede Howard Ice Arena in St. Joseph.

The skating season is launched tomorrow, Thanksgiving Day, and the sparkling new 75th Anniversary logo will be seen by thousands of recreational skaters, hockey players, parents and grand parents over the coming season.  The Senior PGA Championship staff and the 2014 event's executive committee, led by Chairman Jeff Noel took a few moments to pose for official portraits with the St. Joseph City Commission ahead of the season today, and this is your first look at that formal portrait as captured by Ben Pancoast from Ben Pancoast Photography in The Box Factory for the Arts.
