7th Annual Bottoms Up For a Cure Pub Run Coming

If pink was Denise Bohn’s favorite color, rest assured that green (typically Spartan green) clocked a close second, especially the Kelly green of the annual pub run that she and her “Lucky Charms” team assembled every year for the past half dozen. While Denise herself is, sadly, no longer physically with us, her spirit lives on eternally in the cast and crew that work each year to reconstitute that amazing run and they hope you’ll be a part of it this year.

The 7th Annual Bottoms Up for a Cure Pub Run is slated to take place on Saturday, April 29th with an 11am check in and a 1 o’clock start. All proceeds from the big event benefit Berrien County Cancer Service on Red Arrow Highway between Stevensville and Bridgman.

Runner, walkers, bikers and even crawlers annually enjoy a revelry that is second to none thanks to the fun and games inherent in the Lucky Charms team founded by Denise and her friends. Denise was a beloved, renowned, long time radio and television news personality who was murdered a year ago at her St. Joseph home.

Babe’s Lounge on Riverview Drive in Benton Harbor marks both the start and finish line and that’s where participants will check in beginning at 11am on the 29th. Here are the stops along the route of the 7th Annual Bottoms Up for a Cure Pub Run:
