There are just 4 new coronavirus cases in Berrien County reported today, while Cass and Van Buren’s numbers remained unchanged for the second straight day. Berrien’s count is currently at 56, up 4 from Friday, and 21 are labeled as recovered. Meanwhile, Cass County is unchanged at six, and Van Buren County is also unchanged with 12 positive cases. Each County in the Tri-County area of Berrien, Cass and Van Buren has logged one death thus far in the pandemic.
Across Michigan, the tally stands at 14,225 statewide, up by 1,481 from Friday, with 540 deaths from the virus, an increase of 61 from Friday.
