Southwest Michigan native Zach White is one passionate guy. He’s put forth his expertise in life coaching and business coaching together into one new exciting business venture for the area, called The Oasis of Courage, or OACO.
Zach says it was “born out of his passion for unlocking potential in individuals and teams. It doesn’t matter how successful, or how stuck, you may feel today – everyone needs a Coach.”
What does a great Coach do? White says they “deeply impact the outcomes of your business & life by seeing possibilities you can’t see and believing in you to achieve them. OACO will challenge you to break through supposed limitations that hold you back from your vision.”
For those new to the subject, coaching is not therapy, nor is coaching another flavor-of-the-month consulting idea. “Engaging in real coaching is an act of tremendous courage, as you are challenged and held accountable to deep learning and massive action toward your goals. Signing up with OACO is not about doing more, it’s about BEING more,” White tells us.
OACO is excited to be based in Southwest Michigan and partnering with Dwellers Coworking in Benton Harbor for events and team office space. There are several opportunities to get involved locally including a monthly Roundtable for entrepreneurs focused on Business Development.
