Coloma/St. Joseph KOA Holiday Achieves Perfect Score In Annual Inspection

Coloma/St. Joseph KOA Holiday has received a perfect score in its latest annual corporate inspection. The Coloma/St. Joseph KOA tells us more:

As the largest network of campgrounds in the world, with over 525 locations across North America, Kampgrounds of America (KOA) conducts an annual inspection of each property, and the locally-owned Coloma/St. Joseph KOA Holiday officially announces that it has recently achieved a perfect score during their 2022 Quality Assurance review!

The Quality Assurance (QA) program is conducted by KOA Corporate and identifies measures that include input from KOA campground owners, market studies, industry best practices, and trends. It is a rigorous process that is intended to meet the needs of a changing marketplace, as KOA delivers a world-class brand and continues to be industry leaders in the camping world.

Furthermore, the annual inspection seeks to improve the system’s overall quality, continue the growth of the KOA brand and consistency, and meet guest expectations. “We are humbled, yet feel a strong sense of accomplishment by the results of this inspection,” said Mark & Karla Lemoine, owners of Fifth Level Hospitality, Inc., which runs the campground. “We know that our guests work hard for their money, so they deserve nothing short of an exceptional experience when they make their camping plans with us. Our entire staff, both past and present, has been equally committed to serving our guests and we share this accomplishment with them.”

At the conclusion of the review, the Lemoines were told by KOA that it is rare for the properties to achieve a perfect score. Typically, there are issues that are identified and a period of time is given to make necessary changes. However, what’s even rarer is that the Coloma/St. Joseph KOA Holiday was awarded the perfect score before the KOA QA team even left the property last week.

Mark added, “As we head into the busiest month of the peak summer season, we know that many guests are not travelling as far due to high gas prices. We feel blessed to serve even our local area friends and neighbors as one of the highest quality outdoor hospitality destinations in Michigan.”
