Amie Witkowski’s first book was selling well, in fact Amazon told her that sales had soared past the $1,000 mark, but they were hamstrung by the fact that her old publisher had gone out of business and they were unable to arrange for new product to fill the pipeline and meet the demand. As a result, the veteran Professional Wedding Photographer anchored in downtown Stevensville has launched her second book, now available at both Amazon or right in her shop on St. Joseph Avenue in the central business district of the Village of Stevensville.
Witkowski has been a professional photographer for 31 years now, operating under the mantle of Meister-Witkowski Photography, which she began with her father several decades ago.
Her new book is targeted directly to the wedding marketplace, specifically to brides, brides-to-be, and professionals engaged in wedding day planning and preparation. It is a large format, paperback book, entitled, Beauty Behind the Big Day. Offering advice on how to “Take your wedding image from ordinary to extraordinary,” the book was first released in February.
Amie says the book, “Will explain how to stand out and look photo fabulous in your wedding portraits.” It is an image consulting book brimming with all the secrets and tips that a bride needs to know regarding how to look stunning on her wedding day.
The 154-page book is available at Meister-Witkowski Photography, at 5684 St. Joseph Avenue in Stevensville. It is also available on Amazon. The book sells for $29.95.
