Dynamic Duo for New Coastline Realty

The dynamics of Berrien County's newest real estate agency have come together, and the two young women entrepreneurs behind it bring an incredible amount of enthusiasm and years of experience to the negotiating table. Kim Keigley and Cassondra Rudlaff have teamed up to establish the new Coastline Realty Group in the heart of Berrien Springs.

For Kim, it's a conversion and transformation of what had been her Cass Street Shoppe enterprise and for Cassondra it's a veritable homecoming. For both women, it's a reunion.

Keigley had owned and operated the Cass Street Shoppe, a DVD movie rental business and tanning salon for a number of years and Cassondra had worked for her for a couple of years. Once Kim had ventured into the real estate business, however, her skills in that arena flourished and she made the decision to up the ante by making real estate her top priority. She closed the Cass Street Shoppe and had planned to sell it until she approached Cassondra about going into business together.

Rudlaff had been working for Tala Real Estate in Coloma for a couple of years and was enjoying her success in the industry as well when Kim approached her about teaming up at Coastline Realty Group. She likely didn't blink in jumping at the opportunity because Berrien Springs is her long time home. She was Miss Berrien Springs and also a member of the Miss Blossomtime Court several years ago and loves the fact that now she anchors her business in her hometown at the age of 22.

Coastline Realty Group is a full service real estate brokerage. Kim earned her broker's license this past summer and has more than six years in the industry under her belt. She comes from a family of entrepreneurs as well. The new realty office is located a quick jog off of M-139 at 516 North Cass Street in Berrien Springs. The agency's phone number is 269-471-5477.

Kim & Cassondra love the technology available to showcase listings these days and they employ a 50-inch high-definition video display for clients in their board room to keep you from having to scan a tablet or laptop for details on individual properties on the market.

The Coastline Realty Group offices are open Monday through Thursday from 9am until 6pm, Fridays from 9am until 4pm and at other times by appointment. The agency is a member of the MLS system in Berrien County and the Southwestern Michigan Association of Realtors.
