She’s been a vital cog in the Edgewater Bancorp wheel of commerce and now she’s advanced to the executive suite and will be the bank holding company’s chief bean counter. Coleen Rossman has been tabbed for the role of Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Edgewater Bancorp, the holding company for Edgewater Bank headquartered in St. Joseph. That’s a position she will hold at both the holding company and bank level at Edgewater going forward.
Edgewater President & CEO Rick Dyer says, “We are very pleased to announce this promotion,” and adds, “Coleen has been a vital member of the Edgewater team since her arrival in 2012. She has helped usher the organization through several strategic initiatives, including Edgewater Bank’s conversion from a mutual organization to a shareholder-owned organization and its conversion from a federally-chartered Thrift to a State of Michigan-chartered commercial bank, plus the formation of Edgewater Bancorp, Inc.”
Rossman is a St. Joseph, resident and a graduate of Western Michigan University. Her 35-year banking career includes several key financial executive roles within financial institutions of all sizes and complexity, providing her with critical knowledge, expertise, and banking industry involvement.
