Express Pros Mark 10th Annivesary with Brand It Blue Food Drive

Steve Murray distinctly recalls the day that he opened the doors to his St. Joseph office of Express Employment Professionals with Congressman Fred Upton and others on hand, and while it at times feels like it was just yesterday, reality is that Steve and his crew have been hard at it for a full decade next month. They’ll mark the occasion by continuing to do good things for the local market.

That’s right, the Saint Joseph Express Employment Professionals office will celebrate its 10th year anniversary on June 11, 2017 proud of their service to the community for the past decade.

The Express office originally opened in 2007 in the Panera Bread Plaza of St. Joseph Charter Township, but eventually relocated larger space at the corner of Glenlord Road and Red Arrow Highway to accommodate the exponential growth and successes they have achieved over the years. The agency has since provided businesses and job seekers with temporary and full-time staffing solutions in a variety of fields, including light industrial, clerical, professional, technical and data entry.

Murray says, “The people and businesses of Southwest Michigan have made these last ten years great ones.” He adds, “We have enjoyed helping area businesses and job seekers with all their staffing needs, and we look forward to many more successful years. Since this is the same week as our annual Brand It Blue Food Drive, we are asking for support with the drive instead of holding a specific celebration for the anniversary”.

The Saint Joseph Express Employment Professionals office has helped 9,000 people find jobs with 350 businesses since they opened their doors. The local Express team services the Berrien, Cass and Van Buren county areas with temporary help and direct hire employees in a variety of fields. Murray notes, “From the beginning, our goal has been to help as many people as possible find good jobs by helping as many businesses as possible find good people”.

Nationwide, Express is on a mission to put a million people to work annually. In 2016, the company generated $3.05 billion in sales and employed a record 510,000 people. For more information, visit WorkatExpress.com.
