Harbor Shores Live Tomorrow on Golf Channel

Chef Tim Foley's resume of international exposure on network television will gain another badge Monday morning when he joins the live broadcast of the Golf Channel from Harbor Shores on Media Day. Foley, the supremely talented and award-winning baker at Bit of Swiss Bakery in Stevensville and Chef/Owner if bread bar in Benton Harbor, will join the telecast for some cooking demos and promotion of next month's 77th Senior PGA Championship presented by KitchenAid.

The Golf Channel will broadcast live from Harbor Shores from 7am until 9am tomorrow morning, Monday, April 25th, to promote the championship and the local community of Michigan's Great Southwest. Foley will perform cooking demonstrations with a couple of culinary novices including defending champion Colin Montgomerie and Golf Channel's Lauren Thompson.

It will be far from the first time in the spotlight for Chef Foley who has been featured on The Today Show, The History Channel, Food Network, and more. His Stevensville bakery was named Retail Bakery of the Year in 2012 by Modern Baking Magazine, and USA Today tabbed Bit of Swiss in 2007 as one of the nation's "Top 10 Artisan Bakeries in the USA." Tim was also one of the celebrity chefs at the 2012 Senior PGA Championship presented by KitchenAid at the KitchenAid Fairway Club.

Tune in tomorrow morning as the Golf Channel puts the entire community and Harbor Shores in particular in the spotlight for a couple of hours of early morning drive time live.
