Holt Bosse On the Move — Expanding Again

When your business is so strong that you have to move quarters three times in three years, you know you’re doing something right. Such is the case for the superstar local marketing firm Holt Bosse of St. Joseph. The team has just announced the purchase of a building in the heart of  and will move there in the near future.

Holt Bosse co-owner Patrick Bosse, tells me his firm, and the entire team will move to 116 State Street, alongside Wanderlust Outfitters on the northern end of the central business district. That’s the space that was formerly owned by Smith-Dahmer Associates. Bosse says his crew will be able to use the extra space to add capabilities and staff as they continue to grow.

Bosse calls it “A wonderful space, ideally located in the heart of St. Joseph, and it’s well-suited for creative professionals.” Bosse started Holt Bosse in April of 2014, along with co-owner Dave Holt. He says, “It gives us a lot of flexibility in regards to staffing and bringing in some new technology to better assist our teams and clients.”

Holt Bosse helps regional, national and international clients communicate the value of their brands through “customer enchantment,” a marketing model focused on customer engagement and increased word-of-mouth referrals. It’s a model that has worked well for the young company: Holt Bosse has added 45-percent additional employees since acquiring marketing mainstay FATHOM Works in 2015, and is looking to add more positions in 2017, according to Bosse. Currently, Bosse said the company is looking for experienced web and print designers.

The move will be a short one for Holt Bosse, which is currently occupying offices at the Perry Ballard incubator building, located on Upton Drive. They had moved there from their original space in the Box Factory for the Arts.
