Considering the overwhelming civic pride she has for her hometown of Buchanan, it’s not at all unlikely that the biggest smile these days at Honor Credit Union is coming from the team’s Communications & Brand Manager Stacey Carlin. Her hometown now sports the first full-on branch for Honor Credit Union to ever open in the city of Buchanan.
The team at Honor officially celebrated the ribbon cutting at its new location at 117 N. Red Bud Trail in Buchanan on Friday, March 1st. Alongside the Buchanan Chamber of Commerce, Honor team members and the community celebrated the grand opening of the first Honor Credit Union branch to open in the city.
The new location provides Buchanan members with a convenient place to meet their financial needs and work one-on-one with Honor’s member specialists, mortgage lenders, and business lending team. The construction of the 3,320 square foot branch was led by contractor E.C. Moore.
Karol Behrle is Honor’s Branch Manager for both Buchanan and Berrien Springs. She says, “Serving the Buchanan community is a privilege and a dream of mine come true.” Behrle adds, “The overwhelming amount of positive support my team and I have received from the community has been so rewarding. We’re excited for the opportunity to continue to support the Buchanan community and provide a convenient branch location right downtown for our members.”
Stacey Carlin has been an incredible hometown cheerleader for all things Buchanan for years, and works on multiple organizations, committees and work teams in the city to host events and assist in the image of the community.
