Honor Credit Union Launches New South Haven Site

Stronger visibility and easier accessibility are both hallmarks at the core of the new Honor Credit Union branch office now underway in the community of South Haven.

Honor Credit Union’s South Haven team celebrated a milestone in progress towards their new branch last Thursday, June 8th. Alongside the South Haven Area Chamber of Commerce and community members, the Honor team officially broke ground on the new branch that will live at 72133 C.R. 388 just across the street from Sherman Dairy Bar and alongside Hannapel Home Center.

The new branch has been designed by architect Jeff Klymson of Collective Office with the member experience and the needs of the South Haven community firmly in mind. South Haven members can soon look forward to a more accessible branch with upgrades that have not been possible at the existing branch location, including drive-thru lanes, a drive-up ATM, and a night drop.

In addition to a more convenient location to conduct financial business, the new branch will be able to provide the community with Saturday drive-thru hours for the first time. The new building project is being led by contractor E.C. Moore and the new branch is slated to be complete by later this year.

Meanwhile, the existing branch building located at 749 Phillips Street will remain a retail branch until the new site on C.R. 388 is complete and ready for occupancy.

Honor Credit Union proudly serves more than 65,000 members all across the State of Michigan.
