Lost Dunes Golf Club Dreamers: Your Bucket List Opportunity is at Hand

If having the opportunity to play at the Lost Dunes Golf Club in Bridgman is on your bucket list, today is your lucky day. For that matter, if helping the next generation of young leaders in our region is on your bucket list, today is the day to take action.

Today, you see, the Bridgman Foundation for Educational Excellence has announced that there are limited slots remaining for golfers to join their 9th Annual Links for Education Golf Outing at the exclusive Lost Dunes Golf Club in Michigan’s Great Southwest.

The Foundation has established that outing for Monday, May 10th, for the annual event designed to help raise the funds necessary to provide enhanced learning opportunities for Bridgman students, staff, and community.

For $300 per golfer, or $1,100 per foursome, guests will enjoy 18 holes of golf, the putting green and driving range at the award-winning Lost Dunes Golf Club. Golfers will spend a day on the beautiful greens with breakfast, lunch, and on-course beverages. Golf carts and caddies will also be provided. At the end of the day, guests will enjoy an awards reception at the Haymarket Brewery and Taproom right across Red Arrow Highway from the club.

To ensure the health and safety of all participants during the pandemic and comply with CDC guidelines, only 100 tickets will be sold for this exclusive event. As of today, March 31st, 80 tickets have been sold. To make a reservation for the golf outing, please visit this link:  http://www.bridgmanfoundation.org/golf-at-lost-dunes

Allan Barker, Chairman of the Foundation, says, “The Links for Education golf outing is our biggest fundraiser of the year,” and notes, “With its success, we have been able to provide grants for art, music, STEM, history, special education, and more. This annual golf outing allows us to better meet the future needs of the teachers and students at Bridgman Public Schools.”

Linda Gedoen-Kuhn, Vice Chair of Fund Development at the Foundation says, “Sponsors are critical to achieve BFEE’s fundraising goals and we always welcome more support,” while adding, “We invite businesses and individuals to gain exposure as outstanding members of the community and supporters of Bridgman Public School by sponsoring this premier event.”
