Memorial Day Parade Returns To St. Joseph May 27

The Memorial Day Parade in St. Joseph is set for May 27. St. Joseph Today says it’s excited to help bring the festivities back to the area. St. Joe Today tells us more:

St. Joe Today invites the community to join them for the 2022 Memorial Day Parade on Friday, May 27 in downtown St. Joseph. This event is sponsored by Lest We Forget and BOSS Services.

This yearly tradition honors the men and women who have served and sacrificed their lives in service for our country. The parade starts at 12:00p and travels along Lake Boulevard from Park Street to Port Street in downtown St. Joseph. Immediately following the parade, there will be a short memorial ceremony held at the John E.N. Howard Bandshell.

St. Joseph Today asks all veterans and any active duty military to consider joining the parade. Veterans wishing to walk or ride in the parade please call the St. Joseph Today office at (269) 985 1111.
