The Pokagon Band of Potawatomi will be donating 200 Thanksgiving food boxes this coming week as the holiday approaches. The Pokagons say team members will hand out the packages at the Food Bank of Northern Indiana on Tuesday. The food boxes are part of larger donation which will be announced the same day. The Pokagons have long made holiday meal donations a tradition. Four Winds Casino staff often volunteer their time to fill the packages. The donations go to families throughout northern Indiana and southwest Michigan.
