Redneck Game Invite from Humane Society

If you picture yourself a the top of the Redneck food chain, this weekend is your chance to race your way into the local Redneck Hall of Fame courtesy of the fun-loving friends of the Humane Society of Southwestern Michigan. Prepare now to punch up your Redneck prowess as a team, as a family, as a couple or even as an individual. Rag tag fun in the form of "Hungry, Hungry (Human) Hippos" will anchor a day of fun at the Baroda American Legion starting at noon this Saturday, August 27th.

The 3rd Annual Redneck Games benefiting the Humane Society of SW Michigan will also feature fun for the entire family in the form of Horseshoes, a Homerun Derby, a Balloon Bonanza Obstacle Course, and a full-tilt "Flea-On-Me" Market with all sorts of things for you to buy and take to your trailer…er, home.

There will also be a cash prize for "Best-Dressed Redneck Team," lots of great food from Baja Gringo Tacos, a cash bar at the Legion Hall, a bounce house for the kids, some dunk tank action, face-painting, cotton candy and more.

There is still time to register your team to compete for the $1,000 Grand Prize sponsored by Honor Credit Union. Cost to enter is just $125 for a 5-person team, and you can accomplish that task by clicking the link below.

All proceeds from the afternoon of fun in Baroda will go to benefit the animals at the Humane Society of Southwestern Michigan, a no-kill shelter. Saddle up your Hungry, Hungry Hippos and head for the hills of Baroda for an afternoon filled with…who knows what!
