Siemans in Bridgman Acquires Restaurant/Bar Property For Expansion Plans

Over the years you’ve variously known the bar and restaurant alongside Siemans of Bridgman as Ken’s Pinewood Lodge, Florry’s Polka Den, Rio’s, The Roadhouse, O’Malleys and undoubtedly a few others. Well, Ed and Joan Siemans have just completed the deal to buy that building, but don’t look for a Sieman’s Sizzler Steak House or Ed’s Key West Grille & Bar anytime soon. In fact…you’ll see bulldozers on site soon to make way for the rapid expansion of Sieman’s growing Commercial Truck Department.

There are actually three structures on that property along Red Arrow Highway in Bridgman and all will be removed this month due to deteriorating conditions. Eric Siemans tells me that any potential improvements to the buildings were simply impossible due to excessive roof damage and other structural issues. So, the buildings will be removed here in December to make way for that commercial truck expansion plan.

As a result, Siemans Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Promaster Mazda continues to grow with a new space to help display a wide variety of commercial trucks. In fact, the goal is to have as many as 40 commercial vehicles on hand, all ready for immediate delivery.

The success of the Siemans commercial truck team is noteworthy. They have been selling specialty trucks nationwide. Unusual trucks. Box trucks. Flatbeds. Dump trucks. Trucks with bed-mounted cranes and service bodies and much more. That one commercial truck team has sent trucks to buyers as far away as Florida, Texas, Washington state, and the eastern seaboard.

By specializing in maintaining a fleet of “work ready” trucks that are literally “available now,” the Siemans team continues to carve out a specialty niche that is truly making a name for them across the country. They are largely able to do that and hold a major advantage over many other truck dealerships because they represent such a broad selection from Ford, Ram and Promaster.

Siemans says another key advantage is, “We work with so many different body vendors. It’s relationships like those that help insure our customers are getting their business needs well taken care of.” They now have in stock delivery vans for individuals and businesses working as independent contractors for major firms like FedEx.

Siemans is also encouraging fleet buyers and other commercial vehicle users to talk to their tax professionals about tax savings on the purchase of new vehicles before the end of the year. Even if the particular vehicle you’re in search of isn’t on the lot today in Siemans’ vast inventory, there’s an excellent chance that they can find it in time to save you tax money.

Meanwhile, Siemans is also expanding their service department team. They are currently looking to add as many as five technicians to the service department in Bridgman. If you are currently a technician and unable to find a full work week elsewhere, contact Craig Siemans soon about joining the Siemans in Bridgman team of service tech professionals.
