The amazing young talent hired on years ago to rule the real estate department of the Harbor Shores Resort community in Michigan's Great Southwest has had the magic touch when it comes to marketing the home site options and opportunities available in the stable of properties scattered across multiple neighborhoods both on and surrounding the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Club at Harbor Shores.
Wright now finds himself working on the sixth Harbor Shores neighborhood in the six years since the project began to rise from the surface. This weekend, Wright has been busy showcasing the latest handiwork of builder Greg Powell in the brand new pocket neighborhood known as Enclave, overlooking the 6th fairway from its position just off of the intersection of M-63 and Klock Road in Benton Harbor.
Homes in the 6 parcel neighborhood on Emerald Court will start at $385,000 which places it at a price point between current neighborhoods of Trailside and Hideaway. The single-family homes in the Enclave neighborhood are designed to be perfect for those looking for a second home within walking distance to the beach, the Benton Harbor Arts District and the 12 miles of picturesque walking trails within the Harbor Shores Resort community.
Wright says, "We are excited to officially open the Enclave neighborhood and welcome the community to join in the celebration of this new neighborhood." He reminds folks, "This is the sixth neighborhood we have opened in Harbor Shores in six years." Harbor Shores has seen remarkable gains since opening in 2010 with more than 70-percent of its available inventory of home sites sold out throughout the half dozen neighborhoods. The Enclave homes will feature three different basement models to choose from and are all built by Greg Powell Construction.
Even as this small neighborhood hits the real estate listings, plans are getting underway for the next phase, which will include new construction in the Harbor Village neighborhood alongside of the Inn at Harbor Shores and the Harbor Shores Marina complex at the confluence of the St. Joseph and Paw Paw Rivers in St. Joseph.
