Vicki Mulick is Operations Manager and Site Manager for Randstad’s partnership with the Whirlpool Trade Customer Support Center and their Customer Experience Center on Benson Road alongside the world headquarters campus north of town. She tells me that Randstad is currently working to fill more than 100 excellent customer representative roles in Whirlpool’s award winning customer experience center.
Mulick says she is looking for people who are “Able to multi-task, with computer proficiency skills and excellent phone skills.” The more than 100 openings are full time temporary positions with the possibility of becoming permanent positions within just 90-days, and an excellent opportunity, “For those who are motivated and really want to get their foot in the door, as one of the best ways to become a regular Whirlpool employee.”
Mulick says the customer experience center at 553 Benson Road “provides an engaging work environment,” and the positions include paid training with benefits available. All applicants through the Randstad USA Staffing process must be willing to submit to background screenings, and she notes that those with logistics experience are a plus.
The goal is to have all 100 jobs filled by December 2nd, and those who are critical thinkers who thrive in a challenging environment will rise to the top of the opportunity list.
