Tech Help Offers Windows 10 Assist

Like it or not Windows 10 is here to stay for a while, and you might want to learn more about it. The first thing that St. Joseph-based computer guru Trent Watford suggests that you learn about Windows 10 is that if you would like a free upgrade from Windows 7 or Windows 8, your time is running short.

Watford, who owns and operates Tech Help of St. Joseph, reminds you that the deadline for the free upgrade from Microsoft is July 29th. If you're not sure if you want to upgrade, Watford and Tech Help are offering an assist with the decision-making process. You can attend a "Using Windows 10" class (using one of his laptops) and see what Windows 10 is all about. If you'd like help with the upgrade, Trent can manage that for you, usually for a small fee.

If you already have Windows 10, you may have found navigating the new operating system can be a confusing experience. It's just different enough, according to Watford, to make what you used to do with ease in your previous system, a challenge in the new one. So, whether you recently upgraded to Windows 10 or purchased a computer with it already installed, a little training could make a world of difference.

Tech Help has scheduled another one of their popular "Using Windows 10" classes for Wednesday, July 20th from 1 to 3pm. You can learn the basic functions of the new system and explore many of its new features. You are welcome to bring your own Windows 10 laptop to the class or reserve one from Tech Help.

Pre-registration is required, as seating is limited. The training will be held at a conference room in the Area Agency on Aging building in St. Joseph. For complete details and registration opportunities, click the link below to head for Tech Help's website:
