New Great Lakes Center Opening on Red Arrow Hwy

After the former EspressGo coffee station along Red Arrow Highway just north of Glenlord disappeared, many folks wondered what was coming next. Williams Buildings erected one of their notable design platforms there, and now the owners are just about ready to swing open the doors. Eric and Sophie Bauchet of Stevensville are debuting The Great Lakes Center, a new professional space which they say is ideally suited for small business owners.

The Great Lakes Center, located at 3985 Red Arrow Highway, is the spacious, new, blue steel-clad building which will make neighbors out of several tenants who find interest in settling there. Already neighbors to many commercial business ventures and restaurants nearby, the new Great Lakes Center also affords tenants quick and easy access to Interstate-94.

There are three climate-controlled units currently available for rent by the Bauchets. Respectively, those units measure 48×30 for 1,440 square feet…a second 48×30 unit for 1,440 square feet, and a 48×20 unit for 960 square feet. Additionally, each space features a 14-foot tall overhead garage door, heating & cooling, as well as a handicap-accessible bathroom facility.

The most notable feature of the new Great Lakes Center beyond the brilliant blue facade is the giant emblem of Michigan’s Great Lakes, which was meticulously carved from a vintage barn door salvaged from an historic farm in Rockford, Michigan near Grand Rapids.
