Members of the business community engaged with, or planning future business with, Fifth Third Bank should find a more defined and robust opportunity going forward when it comes to financing their capital equipment needs from facilities and vehicles to other both traditional and non-traditional purchases critical to the success of their enterprise.
That's because Fifth Third Bancorp has announced today that its Equipment Financing group is expanding its market presence. The team will now operate as four distinct regions: South, North Central, Midwest and East.
Tom Partridge is President of Fifth Third Equipment Finance and he says, “Organizing our team under the construct of four regions enables us to streamline our processes.” He points out that, “As a result, we’re able to better serve our existing and prospective customers, which is our number one priority.”
As part of the new structure, Fifth Third appointed a managing director to lead each region.
Bob Krefting will oversee our market in the Midwest Region, which includes Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio. He has more than 35 years of experience, including 13 years with Fifth Third.
Bob Davies brings more than 25 years of experience to lead the East Region. That includes Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia and West Virginia.
Lance King will lead the South Region, covering Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina and Texas. He brings more than 20 years of experience to his role.
Dave Schlaf, who brings more than 30 years of experience to the team, will lead the North Central Region, which covers Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
