Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra, in collaboration with The GhostLight Theatre, invites you to an evening of the retelling of Shakespeare’s intriguing comedy, “A Mid Summer Night’s Dream,” at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 24, at the Shadowland Pavilion, in St. Joseph.

- $20 for lawn seats
- $10 for children 12 and under lawn seats
- $350 for tables, includes 10 tickets and 2 parking passes!

Guests will be impressed with stage direction by Paul Mow, a dynamic cast and Mendelssohn’s persuasive music performed by the SMSO, under the direction of Music Director finalist, Rachel Waddell.
Waddell, known for her infectious energy and adventurous programming, proves as a passionate ambassador for classical music. She prides herself on curating relevant programs with stunning collaborations that invite and inspire. Audiences can’t resist her engaging presence on and off the stage. In addition, Waddell takes an active role in the orchestras she leads and their communities, serving as an advocate for development, education, and outreach.
For some added fun on this midsummer night, there will be a costume contest at the concert! Grab your fairy wings, dust off your crown and come dressed as a fairy, elf, king or queen for a chance to win! Prizes will be given to the best dressed adult and child!
