It’s no secret employers are having a tough time filling positions. Not only in Hospitality, where the outcry has been the loudest, but in almost every other employment catgegory. Over 2,100 jobs are open in southwest Michigan. So, Michigan Works! Berrien, Cass, Van Buren is hosting an educational workshop for local employers about tactics for recruiting and retaining their teams in a post COVID environment.
