Home Watch of Southwest Michigan has announced the acquisition of the clients, assets, and social media of Red Arrow Home Watch and Concierge. Home Watch of Southwest Michigan provides monitoring services for second homeowners and snowbirds in Michigan’s Great Southwest, from New Buffalo to South Haven.
In closing the transaction with Red Arrow Home Watch and Concierge, Jim Sarno, President of Home Watch of Southwest Michigan, LLC acknowledged the job that the former owners of Red Arrow Home Watch and Concierge have done with their clients.
“AJ and Danielle Mottl have done an exceptional job at meeting their customers’ needs over the years and every customer we have transitioned over to Home Watch of Southwest Michigan has been incredibly complimentary of them,” said Sarno. “Additionally, AJ and Danielle worked closely with us to make sure the transition was as smooth as possible.
