A fresh helping of Southern hospitality is coming to Three Oaks, as Viola Café officially opens its doors with a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, June 26.
Hosted by the Harbor Country Chamber of Commerce, the celebration will begin at 10:30 a.m. at the café’s new home at 102 N. Elm Street. Community members are invited to stop by, meet new owners Anthony Bellon and Scott King, and enjoy complimentary beignets and coffee. A gift card drawing will also be held during the event.
Viola Café is the latest addition to the Harbor Country dining scene, offering breakfast, brunch, and lunch with what the owners call “Southern Charm in Every Bite.” Bellon and King, who both hail from the South, say their goal is to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where the food is familiar, fresh, and made from scratch.
“We wanted to create a place that felt like home—where the food is comforting and everyone’s treated like family,” Bellon said. “Viola Café is our way of sharing the flavors and hospitality we grew up with.”
The café’s interior has been refreshed while maintaining the character of the longtime neighborhood corner spot. A new lunch counter adds to the charm, offering guests a view of the bustling kitchen and a cozy place to connect over a meal.
Viola Café is now open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Wednesday through Monday, with seating available both indoors and out, as well as convenient pickup service.
