Cornerstone Entrepreneurial Services Launches Intensive Workshop Series to Advance Business Growth

Entrepreneurial Services at Cornerstone Alliance is introducing a new Intensive Workshop Series designed to provide entrepreneurs and established business owners with focused, high-impact guidance in key areas that directly influence long-term business success. 

The first offerings in the series include a Marketing Strategy Intensive on March 24, 2026, and an Exit Planning Intensive on May 12, 2026, both hosted at Cornerstone Alliance in Benton Harbor.

“We have heard from many of our founders that marketing and exit planning are two areas they need assistance and we are investing in these full-day intensives so businesses can walk away with a plan to action immediately,” said Brandy Jaquez, Director of Entrepreneurial Services at Cornerstone Alliance.

The new Intensives represent an expanded level of programming for Entrepreneurial Services. Structured as full-day, hands-on workshops, the series is intentionally designed to deliver concentrated strategic support in a format that allows business owners to step away from day-to-day operations and focus on strengthening the foundation of their businesses.

Rather than standalone topic sessions, the Intensives are positioned as working strategy days. Participants leave not only with insight, but with defined direction, practical tools, and clear next steps that can be implemented immediately.

The Marketing Strategy Intensive is designed to help entrepreneurs develop a comprehensive marketing roadmap to build their business. Through structured working sessions, participants will evaluate their brand positioning, refine target audiences, establish measurable goals, and align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Each attendee will leave with a completed marketing strategy framework and defined 90-day action priorities.

Facilitators for the Marketing Strategy Intensive include Jasmin Closson of Juniper Marketing, Logan Herzog of RISE, and Laura Martin of Innovational Business Solutions.

The Exit Planning Intensive, led by Dale Anderson of the Michigan Small Business Development Center, focuses on helping established business owners strengthen business value while preparing for a future transition. The workshop centers on long-term planning, risk identification, value enhancement, and building the right advisory team to support a successful exit strategy.

By expanding its programming to include these concentrated strategy sessions, Entrepreneurial Services continues its commitment to equipping business owners across Southwest Michigan with resources that support growth, sustainability, and long-term economic impact. The Intensive format reflects a strategic investment in the region’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, providing business owners with the tools and clarity needed to move forward with confidence.
