Weekend visitors to downtown St. Joseph are being greeted by the 2025 edition of the colorful mural on the stairs that link Lake Bluff Park to the Whirlpool Compass Fountain and Silver Beach Carousel.
Artist Kim Wood completed the annual artistic creation on Sunday… and tourists and locals alike immediately began taking photos of it. The mural makes a perfect ‘title page’ for a pictorial visit downtown, whether once a year or every day.
St. Joseph Today, the downtown promotion organization, makes the mural happen, with help from the Schalon Foundation.
