Armor Physical Therapy has opened its newest outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy clinic in St. Joseph and is planning an Open House and formal ribbon cutting. The event, hosted by the Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber, will take place on Friday, June 6, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., with an open house happening until 6:00 p.m.

Community members, local leaders, and healthcare professionals are encouraged to attend to meet the team, tour the facility, and learn more about the specialized services offered at the new facility at 2525 Niles Avenue, St. Joseph.

Officially open since earlier in May, the St. Joseph location is led by Dr. Hannah Miller, a highly skilled physical therapist originally from Butler, Pennsylvania. Dr. Miller earned both her undergraduate and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degrees from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY, where she also competed in Division III soccer and later served as an assistant coach. Following her graduation in 2022, she began her career in Grand Rapids,  and has recently relocated to St. Joseph to launch this new clinic.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Armor Physical Therapy to the business community,” said Arthur Havlicek, President & CEO of the Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber. “Their commitment to personalized, high-quality care strengthens our region’s healthcare offerings and supports the wellness of our residents and workforce. We’re especially excited to see a passionate provider like Dr. Miller bring her expertise and energy to this new clinic and Southwest Michigan.”

Dr. Miller brings advanced expertise in treating orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, vestibular and balance conditions, and worker’s compensation rehabilitation. She is certified in Dry Needling (DN) and Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) therapy and is passionate about providing evidence-based, individualized care. Her own experience as a high school athlete recovering from injuries sparked her commitment to helping others return to the activities they love.

The new clinic offers a wide range of services including:

  • Manual Therapy Interventions
  • Dry Needling
  • Blood Flow Restriction Therapy
  • Therapeutic Exercise
  • Pre and Post-Surgical Rehabilitation
  • Return to Sport Training
  • Work Conditioning Programs
  • Pediatric Orthopedic Care

Patients can expect flexible scheduling with same and next-day appointments available, and convenient hours: Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Fridays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

“Armor Physical Therapy is one of the premiere outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy clinics in Southwest Michigan,” said Miller. “I’m thrilled to expand our services to the Southwest Michigan community and share my energy, skills, and personal approach that embody my personal values in delivering exceptional care.”
