The Berrien Community Foundation is now accepting applications for the spring cycle of its For Good Grants, which provide funding for programs and projects intended to strengthen communities across Berrien County.
The application deadline is March 1, and grants of up to $15,000 are available for non-profits, schools, religious organizations, and government projects benefiting county residents. The BCF says priority funding areas include the arts, children, education, environmental programs, health, seniors, and community development.
In the past, For Good Grants have supported initiatives like cancer patient services, youth sports facilities, Alzheimer’s programs, public trails, and arts and cultural projects.
The foundation offers two grant cycles each year, with a fall deadline set for August 1. Organizations may apply in both cycles but can receive only one For Good Grant per calendar year.
More information and application details are available at the Berrien Community Foundation website.
