In a day and age when too many young people are suffering in silence over issues ranging from loneliness and self-worth to bullying and anxiety, a St. Joseph firm is launching a new Group Life Coaching opportunity in the summer ahead.
Bella Coaching Services owner and operator Loretta Holmes is creating Teen Tribe: Group Life Coaching for Teens. She will roll out the program of coaching for teenage girls, ages 13 – 15 from 10:00am to 11:30am for eight consecutive summer Mondays beginning June 17, 2019 and ending August 5, 2019 at her offices in St. Joseph.
Bella Coaching Services is anchored at 815 Main Street in Saint Joseph, and the fee for Teen Tribe is $150 for the eight-week session or $25 for drop ins. Space is limited to eight teens, and pre-registration is required at loretta@bellaeducationalservices.com.
Holmes says, “Teens will have the opportunity to meet and talk with other teens who have similar interests and experiences such as dealing with bullies, feeling lonely or anxious in social situations or feeling frustrated with life.” She adds, “During the teen age years striking changes take place in the body as well in the brain, and teenage girls are particularly vulnerable to challenges including – depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and ADHD.”
Teen Tribe: Group Life Coaching for Teens offers a convenient and safe place for teen girls to connect, share stories and encouragement as well as develop lasting friendships. Positive social support is a critical component to developing into a healthy adult.
