Berrien County Cancer Service is inviting the entire community to come out to a new Halloween-themed bash it’s planning for this week, and now it’s offering discounted tickets.
Cancer Service Director Tyanna Essig tells us “Fright for the Fight Against Cancer” will be Friday, October 24 at the Four Winds Casino’s Silver Creek Event Center. There will be plenty of fun to be had.
“We have the Keith Scott Blues Band and Dartboard Compromise as our live entertainment for the evening, and we’ve got some other fun activities,” Essig said. “There will be a costume contest with a People’s Choice Award. We’ll have some appetizers and a cash bar.”
Berrien County Cancer Service provides medical supplies to those in a battle with cancer. Essig said they’re also going to be offering more support in the way of emotional wellness because that’s one of the hardest parts of a cancer fight. Picking up a ticket to the Friday celebration will be a way to help because the event is a fundraiser for the service.
