Chalk Artists from across the nation had to dodge rain showers as they lovingly created their unique works on the pavement of Broad Street in downtown St. Joseph.
‘Chalk the Block’ has become one of St. Joe’s favorite Summer weekends. Several merchants and restauranteurs say it’s their best weekend all year.
