A guy who moves at a frenetic pace every day working to advance his career, and on behalf of his clients, has joined the local contingent of CMG Financial headed up by Jon Wallace, and takes on the role of Senior Loan Officer for that team. Joe Daniel, who launched his working days playing music on the radio, has run the spin cycle past that job into both Whirlpool Corporation and on to State Farm Insurance before finding his niche in the world of high finance.
Daniel, who started at Rock 107 years ago and eventually wound up with increasing job responsibilities at United Federal Credit Union in both Stevensville and St. Joseph, rapidly advanced his financial career through consumer lending and as a mortgage lender before stepping into his new role with CMG Financial.
That’s a privately-held, well-capitalized mortgage banking firm headquartered in San Ramon, California, that recently established a new Midwest beach head with Jon Wallace’s team here in Michigan’s Great Southwest. That team continues to deepen its Midwestern presence with Joe’s addition as Senior Loan Officer.
Joe is a life-long resident of Berrien County – growing up in Three Oaks and now residing in Stevensville. He is actively involved in his community, currently sitting on the Marketing Committee with the Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce and is an Ambassador for the Harbor Country Chamber of Commerce. He also sits on several committees within the Southwest Michigan Association of Realtors. In addition, Joe is the Registrar for the Lakeshore Youth Soccer League for their Spring 2018 season, is an Associate Designer with a local website design company and is an administrator with Berrien County Strong – Community in Action.
As Senior Loan Officer at CMG Financial, Joe will expand CMG’s Midwestern presence by assisting clients with mortgage financing in Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana.
