A longtime success story in the promotional products industry has made a move that brings it back to its roots. Competitive Edge, a nationally recognized provider of branded corporate merchandise, has relocated its headquarters from Stevensville to a new, larger facility in St. Joseph at 3525 Lakeshore Drive.
Founded in St. Joseph by CEO Mary Jo Tomasini, Competitive Edge had operated for many years out of a Stevensville office building, which has now been sold. The company’s new home at 3515 Lakeshore Drive in St. Joseph includes both modern office space and an expansive warehouse, allowing the firm to expand its fulfillment and warehousing capabilities for clients across the region and beyond.
“St. Joseph is where it all began for Competitive Edge,” said Tomasini. “It means a lot to us to return our headquarters to the community that supported us from the start.”
Competitive Edge serves a broad range of clients locally, nationally, and internationally, with additional offices in Grand Rapids, Metro Detroit, and Charleston, South Carolina. President and Sales Leader Paula Wygonik, who joined the company more than two decades ago, has played a key role in building its client base and national reach.
To celebrate the move and officially open the new headquarters, Competitive Edge will host a ribbon-cutting event with the Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber on Wednesday, June 11, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the new facility. The business community is invited to attend, enjoy some hospitality and tour the space.
