Dablon Vineyards & Winery is marking its 10th Anniversary Celebration this weekend, a decade of globally inspired, locally produced wines.
Dablon Vineyards & Winery is a family-owned estate vineyard at 111 West Shawnee Road, Baroda, growing 17 varietals crafted into more than 30 wines (including some unusual to the area, such as Malbec and Petit Verdot). Dablon’s owners say its location allows it to craft exceptional wines from grapes grown on its unique wine-producing environment amid rolling hills.
Dablon is named for explorer Claude Dablon, who planted French varietals on Michigan soil in the 1600s, amid the unexpected beauty and bounty of nature that he found in the region.
Nestled in the heart of Michigan Wine Country, Dablon has become a favorite destination for wine enthusiasts and locals alike. Dablon says its wine makers combine traditional wine making methods with the latest technological equipment, crafting & bottling wines that are rich, vibrant, complex, elegant, and full of flavor.
The crew at Dablon issues a special invitation this Saturday: “Raise a glass with us on Saturday, May 31st and toast to ten years of excellence among the vines with live music, local food fare, special pours and more!”
Brody Sheldon is the co-owner of Dablon Vineyards & Winery: “We are thrilled to share this milestone with our loyal customers, local community, and partners who have been with us on this journey. This celebration is about more than just wine, it is about gratitude, growth, and raising a glass to what lies ahead.”
