Prior to joining to LMC, I worked for nine years at Ferris State University’s Doctorate in Community College Leadership program. I am proud to have been a part of the team that built this program’s stellar national reputation, which has served hundreds of community colleges leaders across the country.
What else do you hope to accomplish by the age of 40?
Soon I will complete a doctoral degree.

Counselor at my summer camp.

Put people first.
Who inspires you most?
The community college students and professionals I get to interact with every day.
That one thing about you we’d be most surprised to learn.
At least once a year, I go parasailing.
What do you love to do in your downtime?
Kayaking, hiking, being outdoors.

Humble Consulting by Edgar Schein

Assisting with the youth leadership programs at my summer camp.
What motivates you to give back to your community?
Education has been a transformative force in my life. I wish to help others realize the same benefits on whatever path they choose.
What Superpower would you most love to have? (for example, the ability to fly or to be invisible, or incredible strength, etc)

What would you like to leave behind as your legacy once you are gone?
I am not concerned with legacy. I only seek to serve my students and colleagues to the best of my ability.
What does the  honor of being named to the 40 Under 40 most mean to you?
Being set alongside other talented professionals in the community is the honor.
