As owner of the St. Joseph-based Professional Hearing Services, Dr. Gyl Kasewurm was called on to be the keynote speaker at the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists in Coldchester, Essex U.K. That Society (BSHAA) was founded sixty years ago to ensure that hearing healthcare professionals maintain their standards for their training, professional skills, education and health. This year’s event focused on the theme Hear Well, Live Well and provided over 500 participants the opportunity to attend two days of educational sessions.
Participants had the opportunity to hear Dr. Kasewurm present information on unique tools to build a private practice and to take it from fine to fabulous. Kasewurm, a well-known author and international presenter, shared her expertise on her benchmarking approach to offering exceptional customer service and an unparalleled patient experience.
