Eagle Technologies to Host ‘Women In Manufacturing Day’

Eagle Technologies will be hosting their ‘Women in Manufacturing Day’ on Tuesday, October 25th, at their Shoreham facility on Lakeshore Drive. This presentation, created to recruit more women in the workforce and to educate the public on how women are essential to the manufacturing industry, begins at 5:30 p.m.

Learn about what Eagle Technologies does, what the work environment looks like, and how more women can get involved in the industry. Tours of the facility will take place from 5:30 – 6:15, as well as networking amongst the attendees.

Manufacturing leader Jamie Headley, Director of Business Development at Seraph, will be presenting as one of the keynote speakers of the evening. Jamie has over thirty years experience in the field with Sales and Operations, and has made a heavy footprint for women in Michigan manufacturing.

Executive Director of the Manufacturing Growth Alliance, Elizabeth Bernhard, is also a keynote speaker during this event, and is a “strategic and visionary leader with extensive experience supporting the workforce needs of Michigan’s most in-demand industries,” says MGA. She actively works with youth and veterans in Michigan to ensure their success in their careers.

This 5:30 p.m event will take place at 3545 Lakeshore Drive, in Shoreham, and light refreshments will be provided for the evening.
