Fit stop 24 It’s locally owned by Gary Marshall. It is a 24 hour fitness facility. What sets them from all of the other fitness facilities is the genuine care That Gary shows to everyone of his members. Whether you come once a week or every day, Gary and his staff are always overjoyed to see you and willing to help you in any way they can!
In your own words, why do you think this company deserves to be declared to be one of the 20 Best Places to Work in Michigan’s Great Southwest?While they do not employ a lot of people, Gary is such a wonderful giving human being who would literally do anything for his employees. He make sure they are fairly compensated for all the work that they do for him!
What makes workers proud to say they work there, and keeps them a part of the team?
Speaking to any of them that work for Gary they all love the environment he creates. His overwhelming positive personality creates the most wonderful environments. He would do anything for his employees day or night.

A huge moment was when covid struck. People in the general world do not realize the effects of going to the gym for people’s mental health. Letting people shower in his facilities even when closed down and Against the city’s rules he reopened his locations and paid the fines because he felt so strongly from the outpouring support from his members.
