The Home Builders Association of Southwestern Michigan will host its Annual Spring Home & Garden Show April 11-12.
Saturday, April 11, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, April 12, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Berrien County Fairgrounds, Berrien Springs.
Established in 1979, the association has long supported the region’s residential building industry and local homeowners. The Home & Garden Show continues a 25+ year tradition of connecting the community with trusted builders, contractors, and home improvement professionals while inspiring new ideas for spring projects.
The event will feature dozens of local exhibitors showcasing products and services for building, remodeling, landscaping, and home improvement.
Participating businesses include Big C Lumber, Bobcat of Michiana, Budget Blinds of St. Joseph, Closet Factory, Dean’s Pool & Landscape, Dennison Roofing, Five Star Painting, Pella Windows, Renewal by Andersen, Centsible Heating and Air, and many more.
Guests may enjoy live demonstrations and hands-on activities, including:
- Live blacksmith demonstrations by Henry Davis
- Homebuilding guidance program offered by Built By U
- Free lime and iron water testing from AIM Water Treatment
- Kids “Build & Grow” kits from Lowes
- First-time homebuyer tips from the Danikowski Mortgage Team at Rate
Food trucks will also be on-site, including Ben’s Soft Pretzels, offering refreshments throughout the weekend.
“This show has become a great tradition in our community,” said Beau Allard, Board
President of the Home Builders Association of Southwestern Michigan. “For more than 25 years, it’s been a place where homeowners can connect directly with trusted local professionals, explore new ideas, and start planning their next home project.”
Admission is $10 per vehicle, making it an affordable outing for families.
Attendees can also enter a raffle to win a “Night Under the Stars” prize package valued at over $500, featuring a Yukon Solo Stove, s’mores kit, LED yard games, picnic blanket, and more. The raffle prize is sponsored by Big C Lumber and EBA Construction.
