Continuing with their mission of “Fitness Through Community” the Renaissance Athletic Club (RAC) will be honoring the life and legacy of an instrumental player in their personal training and workplace wellness programs on Thursday, August 18th from 4:30 until 6:30 p.m. The Jason Raynor Memorial Training Studio serves as an homage to Jayson Raynor, an NFL trainer, Nike Master Trainer, and founder of the Trainer Raynor LLC who unfortunately was killed in a vehicle crash last year.
Arthur Havlicek, President & CEO of the Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber says, “If you’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with Sean Todman, or any of the staff at the RAC, you can feel their passion for fitness – specifically helping people achieve their goals and supporting the community. Jayson Raynor carried that same passion in everything he did. The new training studio serves as a fantastic example of continuing their mission and success as well as honoring a part of the RAC family.”
“The Renaissance Athletic Club (RAC) has been a huge entrepreneurial success and an impactful community partner that achieves fitness through community. The Jason Raynor Memorial Training Studio is just one example of how the RAC continues to create new opportunities for its members and guests, and provides resources that promote a healthy lifestyle and well-being. Our community is fortunate to have the RAC, and the vision of an entrepreneur with the talent of Sean Todman.” – Rob Cleveland, Cornerstone Alliance President & CEO
The celebration, which is open to the public and cohosted by the Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber, Cornerstone Alliance, and Think Tank Media, will include a free HIIT (high intensity interval training) class and tastings provided by North Pier Brewery and Good Boy Vodka, food samplings from Kingfisher Cocktails & Tacos with music by DJ Snaackz.
Attendees will receive a free one-month membership to the RAC, a fitness assessment, and a free personal training session. In honor of Raynor, the club will be launching sign-ups for its six-week workplace wellness challenge to help area companies bring the benefits of health and wellness to their employees.
